Inspection capabilities. 1200 sq. ft. inspection room with full time QA inspectors. Well equipped with calibrated metrology devices including a 48" x 96" Grade A Surface Inspection Plate. All equipment is calibrated per MIL STD 45662 and traceable to NIST and NBS standards. Separate list of inspection equipment available upon request. Our inspection system is in full compliance with military inspection system MIL I 45208a. IMI has set a goal to be ISO 9000 compliant by the Quarter 2, 2009.

	Laser profile digitizer capable of automatic comparison of actual flat pattern to customer DXF or model. Such QC overview of production parts allows consistency and SPC reliability in part fabrication. With this tool even progressive tool wear in long runs can be monitored quickly and effectively.
